Learn to Cycle
No need to fear the unknown. Our instructors are certified in cycle instruction and will take you through setting up the bike, proper posture while cycling and terminology used in the class. Now you are ready to experience a slow paced yet energized ride that will have you hooked and back for more. This class is open to all levels but geared to a true beginner.
This great class focuses on cadence with sprints and climbs. You will leave feeling totally motivated!
A class that contains steep hills with fast descents. This class is both fun and challenging.

A class focusing on short interval drills, power hills and endurance thrills!
Need a cardio boost? How about trying a cycle class? This class uses stationary bikes designed to allow you to simulate outdoor trails. Smooth roads, down hill speed, up hill power, jumps, bumps and more, cycling is an excellent opportunity to stimulate your metabolism and strengthen the heart. You can participate in the intense races or simply pace yourself. Whatever you choose you will be hooked in 7 classes or less!! All levels welcomed!
