Teens love this complete full body workout! It's a great introduction to the gym because teen learn to use all of the equipment to increase stamina and cardio vascular health, strengthen muscles, improve balance and flexibility. A small group of maximum 8 girls makes this a comfortable and intimate experience all with a certified Personal Trainers.
