Circuit Training at Promenade Mall Gym Burns Fat and Tones Muscles
We’ve recently updated our circuit training area to offer the newest Cybex circuit. Positioned in a simple to follow sequence you are able to work your larger muscles from your legs through to your biceps and triceps in a routine that even new exercise users can follow. We’ve also created two small training areas to focus additional energy on those hard to develop troubled areas for your ab’s, butt and thigh’s. We’ve made it easy by grouping a few machines for each area together so you can target them all at once.
