Areas of Practice

My area of expertise is in designing fitness and or weight loss programs that are tailored to my clients. I am certified as a weight loss specialist and can help my clients with short-term and long term goals. I can custom design a program for individuals as well as small groups.

Experience

My experience covers all ages in sports and fitness. I have taught in schools as a gym teacher and coach, trained clients privately and have competed in martial arts at the U.S. National Level. I am also a volunteer at the Toronto Rehabilitation cardiac department working with heart attack and stroke patients and have worked as an understudy to a physiotherapist.

Philosophy

A healthy lifestyle is based on three pillars – good nutrition, quality rest and physical activity. Anyone regardless of age, background and circumstances can achieve a healthy balance among these pillars and thereby improve the quality of their life. My approach is to help those I work with by finding the balance in a way that is enjoyable promotes positive energy.
