I excel at creating safe and effective workouts based on you individual goals and needs. I like to have fun and provide challenging workouts to my clients to ensure their fitness and health goals are met.
I have a background in gymnastics, swimming, and running; all of which I have also had the opportunity to coach. Exercising has always been an essential part of my life as I believe it aids in productivity, stress relief, and overall happiness. For this reason I did a four year Kinesiology degree at the University of Western Ontario which has given me a great foundation of knowledge to bring to the table for my Personal Training career.
Exercise is the best medicine. I believe from both a preventative and treatment approach, we can all live healthy and fullfillig lives as long as we exercise.
