The key to victory in any type of exercise regimen is to believe in yourself. With my help, I can ensure that you remain motivated and driven. Together we will work as a team to create a program that is fun, energetic and suitable for your specific goals. I will focus on developing your program and delivering it as efficiently as possible.

Experience

I have been in fitness field for the majority of my life. In 2004, I decided to become a Professional Personal Trainer. Since then, I have been working with clients of all ages and all levels. I give them the support and encouragement they need to accomplish their goals no matter how difficult they may seem. Being in the fitness industry is not just my career but my passion. I love to motivate people and change their lives; to me it is the most rewarding job. Nothing is more important than high self-esteem, knowing that I can push people to their limit and show them their true value is the greatest incentive of all.

Philosophy

I think that nothing is impossible when you want to achieve it. Sometimes we need that extra push to make things happen. I really believe that I can help you get to your goals no matter what challenges we may encounter!

I have been training with Carmen since October 2014.  She literally
saved me!

        In 2011 I was diagnosed with a heart condition and consequently had a
pace maker inserted. Up to that point I was active and exercised on a
regular basis. After  the surgery, although it was fine to exercise, I
couldn’t. I was paralyzed and terrified to move. 
        My daughter suggested a trainer, not only to motivate me, but to
support me through my fears. We visited the WFCC website and we were
browsing through the trainer  portfolios. There was something about
Carmen’s picture, her smile and the words written on her site
emphasized support and encouragement. That’s her, in a nutshell.
        So here I am now!

        Feeling better, getting stronger, no longer afraid. Don’t get me
wrong, I still have some way to go but I STARTED AND AM ON MY WAY!
        Carmen is so much more to me than a trainer. She knows my highs and
lows, understands my incredibly stressful life and motivates me to the
nth degree spiritually,  physically and emotionally (in and out of the
gym). 

        I look forward to our sessions and feel incredibly upset when I need
to cancel for business purposes.
        Making the decision to get active was a great one. 

        Making the decision to work with Carmen was one of the best decisions
of my life!
        I look forward to working with her as long as I possibly can and have
never regretted, for a moment, embarking on this journey with her.

I Have been training with Carmen 2-3 times a week now since they end
of January 2015.
Since starting on this journey, I have noticed some significant
changes in my energy level, concentration and strength.
I did not start this journey in very good shape and was feeling very
disappointed in my self at how out of shape I had become.
The idea of working with a personal trainer seemed a little
overwhelming since it had been so long since I had exercised.
 However, having a trainer made me commit to doing this and forced me
to be accountable. (no more, I will do it tomorrow!) This helped me so
I could get to the point where working out was no longer a chore but a
choice I wanted to make.
Carmen immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable, while pushing
me to step a bit out of my comfort zone.
I appreciate so much how Carmen provides support and encouragement in
my pursuit of my personal fitness goals.
 I never thought I would be someone who would look forward to working
out, but now having seen my body start to change and feeling an
increase in my strength, I honestly enjoy working out.
I am so glad I took this step and so enjoy having Carmen as my
trainer.

BEST FITNESS CLUB I'VE SEEN April 28, 2015

 

I've tried few major Fitness Clubs in GTA. Majority of them look a fell like sweaty muscles' factories, which all right, please don't get me wrong. But WFCC in Richmond Hill feel like real 'Club' - the place where women can feel nicely relaxed and work alone or together on their fitness goals. You can choose group lessons, use machines (that by the way are extremely well maintained) or take a personal trainer. And the very best experience comes when you take the personal trainer. May be I was just supper lucky with my pairing. But it's the very first time I felt that my trainer is my real partner in reaching my goal and not a money making business woman. She supports me in all aspects of my new, healthier lifestyle and it's the first time in my life - I am going to gym with smile at my face. Each and every trainer their looks very good to me, from what I see around. But I am happy I am training with Carmen. She is knowledgeable, highly professional in all aspects of training, sweet but demanding at the same time, inspiring and supportive. She is flexible and is able to find the best workout that works for you. What I like the most is that she is very organized, each session is well planned at all times. Also I love to get additional useful information she is providing us regarding the best nutrition, healthy lifestyle etc.

 

 

 

 

 

The Women's Fitness Club of Canada in Richmond Hill is the great place to get you back in shape to start with. But what makes it special is it's trainers. Carmen is the core and sole of this place. She is example and illustration of why women love to come there - knowledgeable, highly professional in all aspects of training, sweet but demanding at the same time, inspiring and supportive. She is flexible and is able to find the best workout that works for you. What I like the most is that she is very organized, each session is well planned at all times. One look at those strength training machines and I envisioned myself making the Top Ten Gym Fails on YouTube. A trainer was a MUST.

I was introduced to Carmen who immediately made me feel comfortable. Each session, Carmen took the time to model a variety of machines. It was important to her (and for me!) that I use the proper form to maximize the benefits of my workout and to prevent any injury. Carmen also included moves that required small equipment or no equipment at all. This made it possible to confidently continue my workout routine at home on days I couldn’t make it to the gym. I was thrilled when Carmen showed me how to use the strength training bands I had received as a gift. Her calmness and sincere encouragement always convinced me to try to push through to most difficult repetitions.

 

Carmen convinced me to make time for fitness in my daily routine. No excuses.
