Health and Fitness have always been a part of my life. In high school I was involved with sports, after high school I got involved with Yoga and now I am passionately involved with Yoga and Fitness. Knowing how accomplished and proud I feel with what my body can do makes me want to help others achieve their goals they did not think were possible. I will assist you in reaching your goals through strength training, my knowledge in wellness and motivation to be healthy!
I was a competitive swimmer in high school and once that ended I didn’t want to get out of shape so I began working out and trying new things like yoga, fitness classes and boxing. I found a passion for it all and decided I wanted to teach it to others. Currently I am in a program at Mohawk College for Health, Wellness and Fitness to further my education from my CanFitPro certification.
