I have been a fitness and wellness enthusiast ever since I was in my mid-teens. I have a bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutritional Sciences and am now studying Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am here to empower, educate, and work with those who are on their quest of becoming a healthier and stronger version of themselves. I specialize in holistic healing and physique transformations through nutritional guidance and fitness conditioning.
The gym is my sanctuary and a place that’s given me the confidence to develop myself both as an individual and a professional. I continuously coach and motivate many of my family and friends who seek for my guidance. While also being a devoted bodybuilding artist and athlete, I have outstanding and ongoing knowledge and experience in functional, strength and aesthetics training.
I am a firm believer that health comes first before you can achieve anything else in life. With that in mind, fitness becomes a crucial part in shaping one’s quality of life. Fitness is with no doubt for everyone yet could be very personal as well. I am hoping to share my passion and expertise towards helping people create their most balanced, wholesome, and beautiful selves
