This month’s challenge, created by our Director of Personal Training, targets upper body strength. All you’ll need is 10 minutes, a few of pieces of equipment, and dedication to be right on track to stronger, sculpted arms!
Up for the challenge? Set your timer to 10 minutes and get moving!
Complete 10 reps of each exercise and as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.
Side plank dips
Bench tricep dips
Shoulder press with barbell
Bicep curls with medicine ball
Side plank dips – opposite side
