Move of the Week with Heather Chapman: Plank/Squat on TRX

This week’s move of the week is the Plank/Squat on TRX! It’s a simple way to build that ab and leg strength. Here’s how you do it:

1. Hold your body in a plank position with your arms in at your sides.

2. Bend your knees and hips as if you were squatting.
3. Return to start position and repeat 10-15x, 2-3 sets, depending on your condition.
Remember that you can always build up to more!
