Whether you’re looking to calm your mind and body, boost energy, or get, ahem, moving with your gut health, there’s probably a yoga practice to help you get on track! In our “Yoga For…” series, we’ll be exploring the countless ways that yoga has the potential to improve your life, on and off of the mat. Ready to namast-SLAY? Read on!
Every balanced, healthy lifestyle includes the occasional indulgence (#TreatYourself, right?). Though tasty in the moment, unfortunately these indulgences can sometimes leave us feeling bloated, gassy, or stuck. The best way to feel better? Move on, and get moving! We’ve gathered a list of yoga poses to help you find relief from common digestive issues and boost gut health. Reference this the next time you want to give your belly a bit of extra love!
An important note before we get started: it’s key to note that yoga, though a powerful practice, should never serve as a substitute for medical treatment. Trust your gut — if you suspect that you are encountering health problems, consult a healthcare professional.
