50/50 Cycle Flex
This class is made up of a combination of 30 minutes of muscle conditioning followed by 30 minutes of cycle. It is an amazing class that allows you to get a full workout in only 1 hour.
50/50 Cycle & Upper Body
This class is made up of a combination of 30 minutes of upper body muscle conditioning followed by 30 minutes of cycle. It is an amazing class that allows you to get a full workout in only 1 hour.
Need a cardio boost? How about trying a cycle class? This class uses stationary bikes designed to allow you to simulate outdoor trails. Smooth roads, down hill speed, up hill power, jumps, bumps and more. Cycling is an excellent opportunity to stimulate your metabolism and strengthen the heart. You can participate in the intense races or simply pace yourself. Whatever you choose you will be hooked in 7 classes or less!! All levels are welcome!

Cycle - Long Ride
This ride stationary ride is intense. Our certified instructor take you through hills and drills for an extended hour and half. Bring a water bottle and towel!
Rip 'N Ride
This cycle class takes the ride to a new level using resistance bands and a little ingenuity. A classic ride of hills and drills is interrupted by specific muscle conditioning exercises that will target your upper body. This ride gives you a total body workout. Recommended for all levels. Come prepared with water, a towel and ATTITUDE!
