INACTIVITY, HOLDS, CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves on offering flexible options for membership interruptions.

With a medical note and for a minimum of one month, your membership may be placed on hold at a reduced cost. Please see Membership for current rates. If you are within your initial membership term, we add the time back once the initial term is completed. In some cases, the lower payments are applied while you are using the facility as an active member and alternatively you are billed regular dues while you may be on medical hold. We must be notified in writing within 30 days of desired start date to begin this service.
At different intervals throughout the year you may wish to reduce your visits to our facility. With our inactivity program, you can frequent the gym a maximum of four times per month at a reduced cost. Please see Membership for current rates. We do require a minimum stay on inactivity of two months. As with medical holds, if you are within your initial term, we add the time back once the initial term is completed. In some cases, the lower payments are applied while you are using the facility as an active member and alternatively you are billed regular dues while you are on inactivity. We must be notified in writing within 30 days of desired start date to begin this service.
Within your initial term, we do not process cancellations until your complete obligation has been fulfilled. However, you may find someone who is not currently a member who wants to take over the balance of your membership. This service is provided at a cost of $25 plus HST.
Please note that changes to Membership status such as holds, transfers and cancellations cannot be accepted electronically through emails since the end users cannot be verified. Please visit your location in person for these modifications.
