Nordic Walking is Canada's newest fitness crazy and it's easy to see why. This is fun, safe and easy to learn workout that will add a new challenge to your regular routine. It's suitable for all age groups and is ideal for year round outdoor exercise. You will experience simultaneous core and upper body conditioning and significantly enhanced aerobic effects quite similar to the feeling of cross-country skiing. The result is a full-body walking workout that expends significantly more calories!
