Welcome to Womens Fitness Clubs Richmond Hill!

The Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is your resource for health and wellness! Our Richmond Hill health club offers services and amenities for every age and fitness level, with equipment and group classes for everyone from children to older adults. You’ll discover motivating activities that will amp up your metabolism, tone and strengthen your muscles, and burn those calories. For lower impact alternatives, we offer Yoga and Pilates, too.

Adults can be challenged by the heart-pumping aerobics of cardio training and cycling in our climate-controlled gym, equipped with ellipticals, treadmills and bikes. Or power up your workout with H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) or free weights. Try our Cybex circuit training for a quick, effective workout that combines cardio and strength training.

For the ultimate weight loss solution, look no further than our Richmond Hill fitness center. We offer personal trainers to work alongside and guide you with the exercises and nutritional counseling that will get you to your weight loss goal.
