28 Days to KICK START Your Goals
Three times per year, thousands of people across the US & Canada come together to KICK START their health and fitness journey to see what they can accomplish in just 4 weeks. Each group is led by a Balanced Habits Certified Coach, this community approach creates tremendous camaraderie, support, accountability and ultimately success. Since 2008, over 80,000 people have KICK STARTed their health and fitness journey with this Balanced Habits program.

How does it work?

The LIFE Program

The Balanced Habits LIFE program was established in 1994 and has supported tens of thousands of people. LIFE is a 3, 6 or 12-month one-on-one nutrition coaching program, designed to teach anyone how to eat real food to support their lifestyle. Balanced Habits Certified Coaches are there to guide, support and educate participants every step of the way.
