I’ve been a long-time health and wellness enthusiast. I’m passionate about long distance running and have completed five half marathons. I favor circuit and HIIT training because it allows for customized programs for each individual trainee to achieve an effective and efficient workout while keep it interesting and mostly importantly, fun!
Weight loss and exercise was a great challenge in my childhood and adolescent years. I was never the "athletic" kid. After finding the proper balance between diet and exercise, I understood how one effects the other in both positive and negative ways. But, consistency and perseverance are key to achieving long lasting results.
I am very passionate about what I do and enjoy helping people of various fitness levels. Motivating people to be the best versions of themselves is the key to long term, positive lifestyle changes. My client's goal is my number one mission. I keep myself accountable to ensure the goal(s) are reached positively. I listen to the fitness needs in order to design a custom workout to suit the individual’s goals.
