I specialize in functional movement, weight loss, core, strength, mobility and flexibility training. Using body weight, dumbbells, machines, kettle bells, TRX, bands, balls and a variety of other equipment, I will design a specified program just for you in order to see the best results in a progressive manner with timely results, with an emphasis on form, proper alignment and technique.

Experience

I am very versatile and experienced with an extensive background in dance, yoga and fitness. I have been instructing for 25 years including dance, yoga, Barre, HIIT, circuit training, and can create many hybrids of physical training concepts and formats.

Philosophy

Staying well and healthy includes activity, nutrition, and a connected body, mind and spirit. My love for movement, staying active and guiding others is what motivated me to add personal training to my other crafts. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and I am proud to watch others grow within their own goals and aspirations.
