Chantale has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years, as a yoga and pilates teacher, group exercise instructor, personal trainer, workshop presenter, and lifestyle coach. She brings real enthusiasm and passion for teaching and is committed to her participants’ success in realizing their wellness goals.
From a hard core aerobic beginning, Chantale's fitness journey has led her to fully embrace Yoga and all its philosophies. Chantale has taught every imaginable class format but now focuses on Yoga and Pilates, and Barre classes. As a workshop presenter and lifestyle coach, Chantale continues to motivate others to reach their greatest potential and to continue the path of self-inquiry.
Chantale truly believes in the synergy between mind, body and spirit and teaches from a place dedicated to inspiring others to realize their true potential in and out of the fitness realm. With “movement”… energy is shifted, moods elevated and an overall improved sense of well being and soaring confidence is experienced. “By fully integrating all aspects of our being...physical, mental and spiritual…by being present to what is and being able to tap into all that is possible…we are able to find our bliss!
