With nineteen years of experience, I have gained a wide range of experience and regularly complement this with workshops. To keep up to date on the latest trends and techniques in the fitness I attend the Can-Fit Pro Conference annually. The conference is also a great opportunity to upgrade my skills and connect with colleagues from various clubs. My classes provide a safe, friendly, non-intimidating environment where you can challenge yourself to reach your immediate and longer term fitness goals. I am very fortunate to have met so many wonderful people as an instructor and cherish all the friendships I’ve made through teaching classes. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow personally and professionally.


Athletics and staying active are important priorities for me and I hope to inspire and motivate others to develop and maintain healthy lifestyles. To accomplish this I love helping participants, regardless of ability, achieve their fitness goals, while having fun in a safe environment.
