ExperienceAfter four years of avid cycling at Women’s Fitness Club, I was inspired to become certified. I completed my certification in 2012, and began substitute teaching shortly after that. I am thrilled to now have a weekly class of my own.
PhilosophyI always want the participants to feel motivated and self driven. I enjoy encouraging them to safely push their limits and become mentally and physically stronger each class. I emphasize the importance of the mind body connection and encourage participants to take notice of they are interrelated.
