Experience

Erin is a dedicated and passionate health and wellness advocate, with 25+ years of fitness experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. As a former canfitpro PRO TRAINER, Erin has taught and certified hundreds of individuals as fitness professionals, inspiring a lifestyle of passion and movement for her students and their clients. Erin currently leads yoga classes for corporate employees in Toronto. Practicing and teaching yoga is her passion and she infuses her classes with energy, compassion and humour! Erin specializes in Vinyasa flow, restorative and yin yoga, as well as the fierce and empowering Yoga Shred™, a yoga + HIIT fusion experience.

Philosophy

Yoga provides consistency in our ever-changing world. It is not just about the postures, it’s a chance for tuning our awareness to the joys of movement and stillness – simultaneously. Yoga teaches us that we are always students, in practice and life, continually learning and growing. There are no expectations, judgments or competition with oneself or others, only a safe and comfortable space for every individual to continue to refine their own meaning and practice of yoga.
