YMCA Group Fitness Instructor Certification
Stephanie has always had a passion for fitness and brings the excitement and energy to every fitness class she teaches. Stephanie started to build her passion over two years ago when she got certified to teach group fitness classes. With over two years of teaching/volunteering experience, Stephanie always wants to share her passion with others. Stephanie has assisted and taught HIIT Bootcamp classes in the year she was certified to teach and has co-taught/assisted POUND classes for over a year. She is currently a Fitness Instructor and POUND Pro, and a part-time Group Exercise Instructor for the Women’s Fitness Clubs of Canada in Ajax. She is currently a full-time student at Ryerson studying her third-year in a Bachelor of Arts – English and hopes to achieve a communications role as an editor/writer. Stephanie will always have fitness in her life. As a Fitness Instructor there is always room to learn and build experience.
