Experience

I have been working in fitness, health and recreation for 30 years. I began working first in children’s programs but my passion for my personal fitness lead me to shift to group exercise. I have been a certified instructor for over 20 years and teach many disciplines including Hiit, Shred, Core, Pilates, Foam Rolling, Aqaufit, and Cycling. I used to work full-time managing programs for the YMCA but after having 3 kids and 4 years I needed something that would give me a better work/ life balance. I have been teaching for a living for 9 years now in fitness and I am excited to bring my experience and energy to Women’s Fitness Clubs of Canada. I love to teach Hiit because each individual regardless of fitness level can work at their own pace and push themselves in their own way. In each class we will try new things, challenge ourselves, feel success and have FUN! We will work as a team and encourage and motivate each other along our fitness journeys.
