Welcome to Womens Fitness Clubs Ajax

With services and amenities that range from tailored personal training to dynamic group fitness classes, it’s no surprise that Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada is the best ladies only gym in Ajax, Ontario!

At our Ajax gym you’ll find the equipment and classes you need to burn calories and fat, strengthen and tone muscles, and relax your body and mind. For a cardio/aerobics exercise at your own pace, our club offers treadmills, ellipticals, cycles, and more — and each machine is equipped with a television for your enjoyment while you exercise! Mix up your routine with strength training on our selection of free weights and resistance machines, or try a group class that keeps you energized and moving. Our gym also features personal training for a customized fitness experience.

You’ll also find secure locker rooms featuring a dry sauna, onsite childcare for members, a juice bar, and towel service for your convenience. Whether you’re new to fitness or already quite comfortable in the gym, Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada in Ajax, ON is your health and wellness destination.
