Inactivity, holds, cancellations
ACTIVE HOLD – You maintain your access to the club by reducing your visits to 4 times per month at a cost of $9 biweekly
PASSIVE HOLD – Reduce your payments to $5 biweekly and have no access to the club Both options require 30 days notice prior to hold period
Within your initial term, we do not process cancellations until your complete obligation has been fulfilled. However, you may find someone who is not currently a member who wants to take over the balance of your membership. This service is provided at a cost of $25 plus HST.
Please note that changes to Membership status such as holds, transfers and cancellations cannot be accepted electronically through emails since the end users cannot be verified. Please visit your location in person for these modifications.
