Our newly renovated Pickering location is conveniently located in the Pickering Town Center. The recent renovations brightened up the entire workout area and added functional turf and training area. We still offer a full array of amenities and services to keep you motivated and focused on getting results every time you step foot into your Club.

Our Group Exercise Programs offer a diverse range of options: from intense cardio workouts to lower impact and mindful Yoga and Pilates classes. Our instructors are experienced, dynamic and we are constantly updating our classes and programming so your workout routine is always exciting and challenging.

We’ve recruited the finest Team of Trainers who now have more space for functional movements and mobility exercises. We handpicked our Team with a focus on education in Women Fitness, mobility and recovery. They will work with you in a one-on-one setting or as a part of our new Team Training Program to create a training experience that meets your health and fitness goals; whether it is weight loss, strength, mobility or endurance training, we have someone for you.

Group Fitness

Womens Fitness clubs offers the most extensive lineup of group classes in the greater Toronto area. All classes are included with your membership - like HIIT (high intensity interval training), cardio circuit, Zumba, cycling, yoga and pilates, Barre and more.

Personal Training

Onsite Child Care
