This is the first gym I've joined and I must say I have no regrets. I personally love the classes, Nella is a really good instructor, at the end of her workouts I feel so much stronger and energized. I would recommend her classes if you're looking to get toned and strong at the same time but then again it's what works for you. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a place where they can be comfortable and not intimidated ❤

Love the gym!!! It is layed out nicely and has EVERYTHING you need! The babysitting option is a giant plus for me, its nice to be able to workout and have your child nice and close. The classes are so fun, and the instructors are all accepting and encouraging! The gym is kept nice and clean and the floor staff are always around to answer questions. Glad I get to start my fitness journey with you all!

WFCC-Burlington is an excellent location. I have been involved in the health industry for many many years and know what to look for in a gym. This location in particular surpassed all of my expectations. There is an amazing sense of community (which you do not find with most gyms), it is extremely clean, inviting and well stocked. The equipment is clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. There is also a great variety of classes with well educated instructors to appeal to everyone.

The staff, trainers and instructors are awesome! Its an overall friendly and inviting atmosphere. The babysitters are beyone amazing and my kids beg to go ever day! Yay extra motivation!! Its pretty pricy but the free classes make it soooo worth it!
