Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a no-impact workout for all fitness levels that strengthens the core while improving flexibility, balance, and posture. At Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada in Ajax and Pickering, expert trainers will lead you through controlled movements and mindful breathing to help you build endurance, increase flexibility, and leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and strong.

(with Tianna) A flowing mix of Yoga and Pilates designed to build core strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling balanced and energized. Designed for all levels, this class is great for beginners but offers modifications for advanced members to increase intensity. Don’t forget your mat!!!

This mat-based class focuses on the core postural muscles essential for supporting for the spine and keeping the body balanced. Exercises teach awareness of breath, alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Great for all levels.

This class combines the principles of Pilates with high intensity interval training performed. It is a full body workout that is HIGH intensity but LOW impact designed to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. Bring a mat, water and towel!
