Why Try Halotherapy?

Halotherapy is also known as drysalt therapy. Dry pure grade sodium chloride is ground into very tiny micro-particles in a special machine called a Halogenerator. These dry salt micro-particles are then dispersed into the salt room.

Red light is absorbed by the skin, boosting collagen production & aiding skin conditions. Near Infrared penetrates deeper aiding muscle recovery, cellular renewal and joint pain.

Q. How long is a HaloRed session?
A. Sessions are recommended to last a maximum of 20 minutes.
 
Q. How many sessions per week are recommended?
A. 3-5 sessions a week are recommended for the first 1-2 months and 2-3 times a week for maintenance. 
 
Q. How many sessions can I use per day?
A. It is recommended to use the Redlight Therapy once every 24 hours.
 
Q. Can you use HaloRed every day?
A. Yes.
 
Q. Do you need to wear eye protection?
A. Yes, it is recommended to wear protection on your eyes. We have blackout goggles for purchase in club, or you can provide your own. 
Q. What should I wear in the HaloRed booth?
A. You cannot go nude in the booth; however, you may wear as little as your underwear/bathing suit or go fully clothed. If you are wearing minimal clothing, we recommend putting a towel on the chair. You can rent one with reception or bring one from home.
 
Q. Do I need to clean the HaloRed booth?
A. Yes, you will need to spray and wipe your chair after each use to maintain a clean and safe space for all members. There are spray bottles and paper towel provided. 
 
Q. Can I wear my headphones in the HaloRed booth?
A. Yes, you can use your phone, headphones and earbuds in the booth. It is also equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. 
 
Q. How old do you have to be to use the HaloRed booth?
A. You must be 18 years or older to access this service.
