This class is for you if you have the following:
• You’re a new member and need some assistance with proper lifting form,
• You have never worked out before, you have been discharged from physio from an injury or a knee or hip replacement,
• or maybe you don’t feel ready to join a regular group exercise class.
Chair Yoga Fit consists of a warm up to get the heart rate up, cardio movements to improve cardiovascular capacity, strength training using weights, bands and various other equipment, yoga postures to open up the body to create length and flexibility and a final stretch and relaxation to clear the mind and get you rejuvenated for your busy day.

Class is in 6 week increments with a complimentary demo before each 6 week session.
