I have been a member for two years. This year I committed to attending Hardcore Abs, Muscle Mix, Zumba,Latin Jam and Yoga. Each class and instructor offered something special to my workout routine. Recently I began training with Chelsea. Her enthusiastic manner and knowledge has assisted me in addressing certain physical concerns. I am very pleased with the program she has designed for me. Very competent and thorough trainer and highly recommended.

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate Women's Fitness Clubs Burlington; the gym, the staff, and my personal trainer Mimi have been a life-saver! Last year I was diagnosed with Graves Disease (a severe form of hyperthyroidism) that had me experiencing anxiety, depression, weakness and exhaustion; I was sleeping up to 20 hours a day!
