Homemade Protein Bars
Protein bars are a quick and easy way to get your protein in after a workout. The benefits of protein are it helps to build the body, repair lean muscle, and keeps you fuller longer. Learning to make your own bars becomes a healthier and more economically friendly option of getting your daily protein. Making a batch of bars then storing them for the week helps to organize and prepare you for the week ahead. (One less snack to worry about). Not only are these protein bars more tasty than what you’ll probably find sold in stores, you have the option of customizing it to your needs. There are many recipes that require no-baking, making them very easy to put together and providing you with an energy-packed snack.
