SPECIALTY PROGRAM POLICIES
About this program
The following policies and procedures have been set in order to provide great customer service while helping you stay motivated, achieve your goals & get the best quality of training possible. They apply to all specialty programs unless otherwise indicated in writing.
There are no make-ups for Specialty Programs: In order to keep the cost low for the small group setting, and ensure that the number of participants in a group at any given time does not exceed the number guaranteed to make it a small group there are no exceptions that can be made to arrange other days and times. Should you require more flexibility then Personal Training or drop-in options may be a better alternative for you.
The trainer or instructor is subject to change: Our goal is to keep your exercise schedule consistent and keep your motivation going so at times a substitute instructor may be covering for your regularly scheduled instructor. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, a group may be taken over by another instructor in order to best accommodate those currently enrolled in the group.
Advance registration is necessary: Since the groups are based on a limited number of participants we cannot hold a spot for a client without taking a payment. Likewise, should not enough people register for a group in advance it will be cancelled.
Duration of group may be altered: The groups require a minimum number of registrants in order to operate for the full time as advertised. Should a group not meet the minimum number, the option will be given to the member to continue as a semi-private or private session. This may require an additional charge and/or shorter session.
Session Discounts: Certain programs may offer a discounted fee for making a longer commitment to the program. You will only receive the discounted fee when that option has been selected at the time you register. We cannot adjust fees should you opt to continue on to a longer commitment after the fact.
