Summer Shape Up – Fitness Challenge

Summer is officially here! With that in mind, our Director of Personal Training put together a “Summer Shape Up” challenge to level up your summer fitness routine.

Here it is. Cue the sweat! 

5 shoulder side raises (10 total)

5 mountain climbers (10 total)

5 bent over rows (1o total)

5 reverse lunges (10 total)

15 jumping jacks

5 chest presses

Repeat three times
