Peri-lynn Harris
RAC Certified Reflexologist (1998)
My experience operating my own Aesthetic, nail, skin and body care with a reflexology business from 1988- present, and group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I’m always searching for healthy “best practices” that I can apply to my life and to help clients achieve their wellness goals and to help them feel young, confident in their body and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The service I’m offering is Reflexology on the feet. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that works alongside conventional medical care, helping to rebalance your body to achieve healing and wellbeing in a relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic way. Releasing tension is often brought on by stressful situations, restoring energy levels, and improving sleep, helping you to feel emotionally and physically stronger.
How does Reflexology work?
By applying pressure to reflexes on the feet with thumbs and fingers, a trained Reflexologist is able to detect any imbalances which may be because of stress, illness or injury working these reflexes in a very specific way to initiate a beneficial response in a corresponding area of the body, incorporating meridian points (acupuncture points) and advanced techniques to encourage your body to achieve ‘homeostasis’. All the systems of the body are worked on the feet,
musculoskeletal, respiratory, digestive, urinary, endocrine, nervous, and lymphatic.
The many benefits that clients report is decreased pain, improved body function, enhanced wellness, increased strength, and mobility, flexibility, insomnia, relieves anxiety, depression, boost immune support, hormonal and digestive issues, to name a few.
Whether you’re a pro-athlete, semi-pro, or participate in a sporting activity to keep fit and healthy, incorporating reflexology into your fitness regime can be hugely beneficial.
Paige Gowe
Fascia Stretch Therapist
As a certified Fascia Stretch Therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve greater mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall well-being through the power of fascia-focused therapy. With a deep understanding of the body’s interconnected structure, I specialize in releasing tension within the fascia—the connective tissue that supports muscles, joints, and organs—using gentle, effective stretching techniques that are never static, the stretch continuously moves with the range of motion of the joints and muscles.
My approach is rooted in the belief that each body is unique, and as such, every session is customized to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply aiming to improve flexibility and movement, my goal is to help you move more freely and with less discomfort.
With a focus on deep relaxation, injury recovery, and improving flexibility, I work collaboratively with my clients to guide them through stretches that release tightness, restore range of motion, and promote lasting wellness. I’m committed to empowering my clients by teaching them how to listen to their bodies and incorporate sustainable movement patterns into their daily lives with ease.
If you’re looking to enhance your performance, recover from an injury, improve your mobility, or simply feel better in your body throughout day to day life, I am here to help you achieve your goals with compassionate care and individualized attention.
